By accessing or using the Lensman app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Lensman is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of mining leases and minerals in India. We provide a platform for listing, discovering, and facilitating transactions of verified mining leases and minerals.

3. Listing Fees

Sellers are required to pay a non-refundable listing fee of INR 5,000 to list their mining lease or minerals on the platform. This fee covers:

• Verification of listing details
• Platform access and visibility
• Customer support

4. Success Fee

Upon successful completion of a transaction facilitated through our platform, Lensman charges a 5% success fee based on the transaction value. This fee is payable by the seller.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Verification

All listings are subject to verification by our team. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet our standards or contain fraudulent information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lensman acts as a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any transaction.
